Emergency Response Project Oversight

BJAAM has combined broad regulatory skills with an extensive knowledge of emergency clean-up technologies to provide project oversight during accidental spills. Our approach to rigorous technical oversight, coordination of our extensive emergency response contractor network, and interaction with federal, state, and local agencies during emergency responses are the key components to BJAAM's success. Our personnel and equipment are available to our clients through a single phone call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Project Oversight & Regulatory Negotiation

Our technical planning, remedial technologies, and quick response times have been instrumental in mitigating the effects of chemical and petroleum releases in soil and ground water. Our clients have saved millions of dollars through our efforts to coordinate the diverse interests and activities that operate during accidental fuel releases at bulk petroleum storage facilities, retail petroleum facilities, vehicle accidents, and residential heating oil releases.

BJAAM has extensive experience negotiating with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to direct the scope of emergency response and remediation activities to not only protect human health and the environment but also reduce the financial exposure to our clients.
